In a significant development for the green hydrogen sector, LONGi Hydrogen has signed an Investment Agreement with HydrogenPro ASA, a renowned leader in green hydrogen technology and systems. Alongside major industry stakeholders ANDRITZ AG and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LONGi Hydrogen will contribute approximately NOK 140 million in investments to HydrogenPro.


Strengthening European Green Hydrogen Manufacturing

In addition to the investment, LONGi Hydrogen and HydrogenPro have formalized a Cooperation Agreement. This partnership focuses on scaling up manufacturing, engineering, and services for electrolyzers tailored to the European green hydrogen market.


A Global Collaboration for Green Hydrogen Innovation

Zhang Haimeng, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of LONGi Green Energy, emphasized the global significance of the collaboration. "This strategic partnership with HydrogenPro sets the stage for groundbreaking green hydrogen projects worldwide. By leveraging our combined strengths, we aim to deliver unparalleled value to our customers," he said.


Ma Jun, President of LONGi Hydrogen, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the partnership as a milestone in LONGi's international expansion. "With over 500 MW of global project experience, we look forward to synergizing with HydrogenPro to unlock new opportunities and accelerate green hydrogen industrialization," Jun stated.
